Elysian Fields ISD

"The Best Little School District In Texas"

Baugh, Kim

Trustee Place 7

Mrs. Kim Baugh graduated from Elysian Fields in 1997 and has remained rooted in the community ever since. After high school, she attended Panola College, where she earned two degrees and became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Kim spent 17 years working in the clinical field, providing therapy and managing rehabilitation teams. Over the past few years, she has shifted her focus to offering education and staffing solutions for therapy teams and clients across multiple states. Her passion for the therapy and rehabilitation field runs deep, and she is equally passionate about giving back to the community.

For many years, Kim volunteered in various capacities, working to inspire others, including her own children, to embrace the importance of giving back. She has had the privilege of supporting numerous local programs and organizations, such as EFYA, the EF NASP Program, EF FFA Alumni, the EF FFA Shotgun Team, the Jacket Nation Scholar Foundation, and the EF Athletic Booster Club, among others.

“Whether it's subbing when available or lending a hand where needed, I find fulfillment in helping our community thrive and plan to continue serving for years to come.” – Kim Baugh
